I received a message to inform me of a delay in the delivery of my package. But instead of the end of December, I received it in mid-June... that's quite a difference.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the experience, even though ultimately the customer service managed to get everything back in order, it does not suffice to "erase" the frustration and friction that preceded it. Making a request on Mangatori and receiving responses from 1001 hobbies... it's confusing from the start. A payment for an order that "gets lost in the system" and therefore money that sits in your accounts without any service rendered... If I hadn't intervened myself, I probably would have never received anything! (no computer matching of payments with order statuses?). I am offered a credit note instead of the requested refund. I concede that the fact that customer service managed to provide me with my order in the end, especially for a limited edition item, has indeed "saved" the situation. However, I do not think I will order from this site again.

Fast shipping and I am satisfied with my order. The only negative point is the lack of protection and the fact that the packaging box is the same box as the figurine. As a collector, I keep them, but that's the only negative point; otherwise, nothing to say.

The management of pre-orders by Mangatori is catastrophic. Incorrect information when it arrives after follow-up. Order supposedly canceled but ultimately received... In short, I do not recommend this site for pre-orders

It's a shame that the site indicated that the item was 'in stock' at the time of my order, when it was actually a 'pre-order'. This led to an unexpected wait. On the other hand, I want to highlight the quality of the after-sales service: quick, clear, and professional responses, with a very friendly and attentive team. No complaints on that front. Otherwise, no issues.

The figurine arrived well, packaging correct, figurine not damaged, the only downside is the delivery which took an enormous amount of time, but apart from that, very good service.

The package is not protected enough in my opinion, but the service is responsive and they replied to me very quickly despite my impatience to receive my package. Overall satisfied.

I received my package well but I had to send a message via the site for the steps to progress (I pre-ordered but everything was stuck on level 1 even after the release of the collector), but very good responsiveness.

I put only 4 stars because on an article ( display kayou spyxfamily) or on the title it is marked 18boosters 5 cards (all depends how one interprets, it was not very clear), but it is 4 boosters of 5 cards and 1 topper in reality. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the items I ordered and I recommend this site!

The lack of communication is confusing!

Package received promptly in time for Christmas, but I'm disappointed because the box is ripped off. The box is loose in the delivery box, so there's no protection, which is a pity, but fortunately the figurine is unharmed.

The 3 mangas arrived safely and were in impeccable condition. A little long in coming, hence the missing star, but perfection doesn't exist, as they say. I'll trust Mangatori again if need be.

An error on my initial order that was resolved by 1001Hobbies after-sales service. With a little patience I ended up with what I wanted.

Delivery wasn't overnight, but it was as it should be. The item corresponds to its description, so all in all, I'm satisfied.

The box arrived slightly damaged, but the figurine is fine. The figurine, on the other hand, is in perfect condition. Perhaps the inner protection of the parcel could be reinforced a little more.
