I have nothing to say about the site, everything went smoothly. The only thing that bothers me and makes me hesitate to recommend it is the delivery by the DPD carrier. But I still managed to get my order.

The delivery is a bit complicated, because we choose a relay and as a result we receive an email stipulating that the relay is unavailable and we have to choose another relay which is much further from our home.

I'm very disappointed with the delivery as I took the express delivery option but the delivery man seemed unprofessional. He called me at 8.47pm on a Friday evening because he couldn't find my address and indeed he was in the wrong village. I waited for him to come but he never did. I got my parcel on Wednesday from my neighbor! I don't understand why I was given a code then? The deliveryman didn't even call to tell me that he was finally delivering my parcel. It's a real shame.

Nothing to say about the site itself. The order was dispatched quickly. However, I was very unhappy with the delivery because I received a parcel that was completely torn, the boxes of the figurines I ordered were completely damaged (a pity because they were Christmas presents...) and the order form was hanging on the top of the parcel so it was there for everyone to see... So I'm very happy with the site but very unhappy with the delivery, which is a shame.
