Customer reviews of Mangatori

The quality is there but the shipping costs are very expensive, especially to receive your order after 15 days...

The figurines are of good quality, but delivery times are not respected, and they tell you about gestures that will be made when you order, but none of this has been done. The note I did put down was only for the figurine, so it doesn't belong to Mangatori.

Great site, just a bit expensive on shipping.

Delivery time a little long but quality item and top-notch after-sales service.

Fast delivery, product corresponds to the description, box arrived dented but the inside was well packed.

Hello, I'm not a nagging or even resentful customer to begin with, because I could have been. Let me explain: when I pre-ordered my item, I wasn't warned that the product was no longer available, and I waited three months for it to be put back in stock without any news, and then the charge was made! Otherwise, I have nothing to say about the quality of the packaging, I trust you for future orders, but work on your communication this is not an insult or anything but a tip to attract more customers or possibly lose less, cordially :)

parcel well packed but delay a little long knowing that it was a pre-order I expected to receive it at the time it was first put in stock I did not expect to have to wait for restocking

Despite the small delay in delivery (which is not your fault!) the products I ordered are perfect. Your site is great, but more content would be great!

Serious company but the only downside is the delivery time, which was a bit long - over a week for me.

Excellent with the little key ring offered very nice approach :)

One figure in two in poor condition

Serious, complete.

Very good site, nickel delivery and the salesmen very attentive!

parcel received in a few days and very well packed. thank you.

Very fast but the pop box had a small defect if not nothing

It's a pity that the box is a bit damaged and rips about 3 cm on one of the flaps, but you can't be too demanding when it comes to end-of-stock items, whether you're a seller, reseller or customer (working in logistics, I know what it's like to receive damaged goods). Order prepared quickly, close to customers via Facebook lives.
I can't wait for the site to become a bigger customer, so that they can expand the catalog with brands, models and licenses; goodsmiles company, aniplex, comics and others. In short: a good, serious site that can compete with others who inflate prices. And all guaranteed without any surprise customs taxes, because the site is headquartered in France.

Seller always available to answer questions

Fast delivery, well packaged, even if 1 figurine package was a bit damaged.

Very good store, very good manager. Figurine at the top. Always ready to listen to customers, and parcels received on time.
