The displays have finally arrived! If my purchase went well on the site, with a present and responsive customer service, the delivery was another story. We must have played soccer with my package, displays arrived damaged. In pre-order, the customer always receives a small promotional gift but here nothing, too bad.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the experience, even though ultimately the customer service managed to get everything back in order, it does not suffice to "erase" the frustration and friction that preceded it. Making a request on Mangatori and receiving responses from 1001 hobbies... it's confusing from the start. A payment for an order that "gets lost in the system" and therefore money that sits in your accounts without any service rendered... If I hadn't intervened myself, I probably would have never received anything! (no computer matching of payments with order statuses?). I am offered a credit note instead of the requested refund. I concede that the fact that customer service managed to provide me with my order in the end, especially for a limited edition item, has indeed "saved" the situation. However, I do not think I will order from this site again.
