I received a message to inform me of a delay in the delivery of my package. But instead of the end of December, I received it in mid-June... that's quite a difference.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the experience, even though ultimately the customer service managed to get everything back in order, it does not suffice to "erase" the frustration and friction that preceded it. Making a request on Mangatori and receiving responses from 1001 hobbies... it's confusing from the start. A payment for an order that "gets lost in the system" and therefore money that sits in your accounts without any service rendered... If I hadn't intervened myself, I probably would have never received anything! (no computer matching of payments with order statuses?). I am offered a credit note instead of the requested refund. I concede that the fact that customer service managed to provide me with my order in the end, especially for a limited edition item, has indeed "saved" the situation. However, I do not think I will order from this site again.

Not the size mentioned on the site

The management of pre-orders by Mangatori is catastrophic. Incorrect information when it arrives after follow-up. Order supposedly canceled but ultimately received... In short, I do not recommend this site for pre-orders

The figurine arrived well, packaging correct, figurine not damaged, the only downside is the delivery which took an enormous amount of time, but apart from that, very good service.

I received my package well but I had to send a message via the site for the steps to progress (I pre-ordered but everything was stuck on level 1 even after the release of the collector), but very good responsiveness.

Smooth delivery, only a serious delay in product availability and delivery when the site indicated delivery almost 1 month before.

Good communication. The figurine is in order and intact, but the box arrived damaged.

Wide choice, interesting price, well-designed and clear site, except for the choice of delivery method: systematic error on the free Mondial Relay or Chronopost point relais solutions, forcing me to fall back on private parcel home delivery, for which I had to pay according to the value of the order. It's a shame.

Very long delivery even though the products were indicated as being in stock on October 30. Plus Mondial Relay couldn't deliver where I wanted... it took even longer.

Two years ago I thought I'd been scammed when I ordered some figurines, which I never received and the people in charge of the site were unreachable. After several attempts I finally got through to someone who offered me a voucher for the amount of my order, plus 25%. I recommended something else and I've just been delivered. The item is great, the one piece bag. So I don't know what to think of the site, before my incident I had placed many orders without any problem.

Hello and good evening! I received the little Alisaie figurine. The cardboard box carrying the figurine was well packed and protected the sculpture inside. However, when I opened the box containing Alisaie, I was horrified to see that it was broken.... It's not Mangatori's fault, but the manufacturer's, as the figurine is wandering left and right inside. So I'm a bit sad...
Apart from that, I hope there'll be a little Alphinaud soon!

Almost 1 month between order and delivery. Fortunately delivered on December 23

Ordered figurine sailor moon eternal gliter and glamour and received instead figurine sailor moon glitter and glamour and not eternal what a disappointment!

I ordered a shenron plush which I received quickly. It is of good quality but it was simply laid out in a cardboard box without protection as a result my light green plush has traces of rubbing from the cardboard box and I cannot wash it in the washing machine.

The delivery and processing costs are very high I ordered on this site because I had no other choice it was a special request for an ado purchase 13.90€ costs 6.90€ for a figurine of 7cm so no link with the weight however standard delivery times respected

Delivery delayed because the delivery drivers did not take the time to go up to the accessible apartment. Delivery had to be postponed to a relay point. Beyond that, received the package in very good condition and satisfied with the purchase. Delivery could be improved. Thank you.

Perfect site

Good contact but order not yet received

I'm very disappointed with the delivery as I took the express delivery option but the delivery man seemed unprofessional. He called me at 8.47pm on a Friday evening because he couldn't find my address and indeed he was in the wrong village. I waited for him to come but he never did. I got my parcel on Wednesday from my neighbor! I don't understand why I was given a code then? The deliveryman didn't even call to tell me that he was finally delivering my parcel. It's a real shame.

Nothing to say about the site itself. The order was dispatched quickly. However, I was very unhappy with the delivery because I received a parcel that was completely torn, the boxes of the figurines I ordered were completely damaged (a pity because they were Christmas presents...) and the order form was hanging on the top of the parcel so it was there for everyone to see... So I'm very happy with the site but very unhappy with the delivery, which is a shame.

Order estimated on December 1st and received on December 5th.

Site rich in articles but navigation not very fluid. Preparation of the order rather fast but the follow-up of the delivery is catastrophic with delay of delivery. To be reviewed

Very good delivery times, reasonable price for a delivery, but box damaged on arrival. Avoid stuffing products into a box that's too small, or use the right amount of protection, without compressing the items like crazy. It's a shame, because the rest of the service is excellent.

I ordered 7 cm figurines which arrived smaller than advertised. I have no complaints about the delivery and the figurine model.

I have placed several orders on the site, but I forgot to include a figurine in my parcel, which was fortunately sent to me in another order. What I regret is that for several orders and hundreds of euros, there is no small gift (key ring etc...) like other sellers on other sites.

Secure and tracked delivery, but very long!

Order arrived in perfect condition at the relay point. However, there was a big problem with the tracking of the parcel. I received an email telling me that the order had been prepared, then nothing. Worried after 10 days, I decided not to go and see the relay point. The parcel was available and I only had 4 days left to collect it. Otherwise, the figurine is perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Just delivery problems.

Delay in delivery, not directly informed; finally I was able to change the shipping address and Mangatori did what was necessary; thank you!
