This equipment is very useful, indeed indispensable, when a person undergoes surgery (in ophthalmology) for a macular hole. This operation requires the patient to lie in a prone position for around 2 weeks post-op. This material makes this position more bearable. The only fault I can find with it is that the Velcro fasteners don't hold very well and keep coming unstuck. All in all, a very good product, indispensable for us after the operation.
