I had high hopes after the surgery that the headrest would make it easier for me to lie on my stomach... Unfortunately, that was not the case... The support was a great help on the way home from the clinic by car, as we had to cover 500 km. It was good for that. But at home, I couldn't use it at all for lying on my stomach; my chin always slipped down between the pillow, then the plastic casing would touch, and after a while, I had pressure on both sides of my jaw... So, my jaw hurt... Somehow, the support didn't provide me with much assistance... Unfortunately...

The instruction manual clearly explains how to position the pillow on the holder. It is important to follow these instructions: Both ends of the pillow must be in contact.
