The locking hook broke out of the base during normal use. I had placed the base under the mattress as suggested in the picture. When removing it, the locking hook broke off!

Such a situation can only be explained by improper use contrary to the operating instructions. The material has been carefully tested and approved for more than 5,000 usage cycles. Thank you very much for your feedback. It is very important to carefully follow the instructions for the 8 cm thick foam cushion to avoid any contact with the holder. While it is not dangerous, it is not intended to come into direct contact.

The system is ready for use. In the case of disassembly, the screw must be put back in the right direction to prevent the knob from turning in vain.

The plastic frame under the cushion in the front area had to be padded by me. As I have to lie on my stomach all the time after an eye operation, it can take weeks. It is very uncomfortable. Too bad for the price, I would have liked something better.

As indicated in the instructions for prolonged use, you must pull the two legs of the cushion together using the Velcro fasteners. Our online customer service was available to help you with this.

The headrest is good in general terms, robust and fulfills its function. But the system to regulate the tilt is lousy. There are two plastic toothed wheels that do not match 100%, and it is difficult to move them and make them match. This detracts a lot of quality.

Very good site navigation, perfect delivery. After trying it out and using it during my convalescence (vitrectomy), I would like to point out one small detail: the tightening knob and the little teeth that fit together seem fragile.
