The headrest is very good and comfortable, but to adjust the headrest, you always have to screw the head part, which I find very impractical.

It is not necessary to unscrew the screw! It only needs to be turned three times for the axis to adjust the angle to be automatically released! The small noise (click) with each angle step is normal.

Following a retina operation, I use the cushion that allows me to adopt the H24 posture recommended by the surgeon. This constraint is more manageable for me thanks to the Massme pillow.

Hello, the foam has 2 sides, one of which is firmer than the other. To do this, flip the cushion like you would with a mattress for winter side and summer side.

As I hadn't received the cushion within 5 days as planned, I sent a message asking for news. Within half an hour, a MassMe employee called to tell me that the parcel had left 3 days after my order and was waiting for me at the post office. He also gave me the address, opening days and times. I'm very happy with the responsiveness of this company and the cushion is everything I expected.
