My interlocutor informed me that my package was misreferenced and that it is indeed at the Herblay store. Summary: No information and 2 calls to find out where my package is. I chose you for a 48-hour delivery. I expect a commercial gesture and not vouchers.

Several purchases ok, however the crank screw shown on the site as being dependent on the washer. Finally my washer is fixed. So incompatible dura ace r9000. Seller who on the phone says yes indeed I have the screw in hand and it is not like on the site and half jokingly tells me that the return would cost as much as the refund because return fees at our expense even if misleading product and that if I wanted a free return it was at the nearest store, which is 2 hours away. I do not totally discourage but be vigilant because even their product description is misleading and no support.
