Delivery a bit long but product good

Fast delivery

Package entrusted to DPD on 28/05, delivered on 4/06, to be picked up by 12/06 at the latest, but I am absent until 15/06

I ordered two tires in stock with a so-called delivery in 24/48 hours, and I received them more than 15 days later!

Delivery error, it happens, but the minimum is to do everything possible to rectify it without the customer bearing the costs.

Size of jersey does not comply with standards. Return at the customer's expense.

I recommended a jar of cream for shorts (previous purchase 200ml) and I was surprised to receive a very small jar 75ml. I surely was not vigilant enough, the photo is misleading.

I ordered a mountain bike chain from Materiel-velo because since I pass by the store, delivery is free and I thought I would have it quickly! Unfortunately, it took more than a week to receive it! It's really very long for a simple chain!!! I will not go through your site again if I am in a hurry!

Several purchases ok, however the crank screw shown on the site as being dependent on the washer. Finally my washer is fixed. So incompatible dura ace r9000. Seller who on the phone says yes indeed I have the screw in hand and it is not like on the site and half jokingly tells me that the return would cost as much as the refund because return fees at our expense even if misleading product and that if I wanted a free return it was at the nearest store, which is 2 hours away. I do not totally discourage but be vigilant because even their product description is misleading and no support.

Hello, I had asked you for an offer to adapt the rear wheel from 142mm to 135x9. I certainly have the kit for the 9mm but what about changing the axle to 135. Can you find me a solution with the wheels I have.

I won a gift voucher of 20€. I could have been stingy and bought handlebar tape for 20€. I chose pedals and a chain available according to your site at MV Annecy. I decide to go there because my voucher did not work on the site. Arriving in Annecy, neither of the two items was available. I decide on pedals that the seller offers to send me for 10€ shipping. Back home, I see on the site that the shipping costs are 4€99. In total, these pedals, Time expresso, with the fuel costs, 200 km round trip, come to 100€, gift voucher deducted. Material not compliant with the description bought a Dura Ace 52x36 crankset received a 52x34 which is not recommended by SHIMANO. Customer service not very responsive.

I ordered two Campagnolo 11-speed chain rivets. I received 1 rivet that matched the order and a second one that was completely different, packaged in a plastic bag and with dimensions not compatible with Campagnolo 11-speed chains. Of course, it's not a disaster, but when you order 2 rivets, you expect to receive 2 that match the order. If it's just a simple mistake, it's not a big deal (to err is human) but I have doubts because the barcodes of the two items were exactly the same. I made a return, and I received a credit. But time and shipping costs were lost. So there is still some room for improvement in the quality of order processing. I would like to specify that on other previous orders I had never had a problem and I still recommend this site for bike equipment.

Order with a 3-week delay

15 days to receive a product advertised in 4 days! I had to contact the site because after a week the order had not been sent, I was told there was a supplier problem. The least they could have done was to inform me of the delay as soon as I placed my order. Next time I will order elsewhere.

100 euros for a bike rack that arrived after more than 3 weeks. With missing screws and incorrect mounting distances. Not suitable for a city mountain. I had to play with my press and my file to bend the tubes and recover the mounting points. In the end, it holds but not at all plug and play.

Delivery time far from being respected, tracking number not communicated, carrier change.
