After an order over 300 euros, I find it more than limited to have to pay for the return of a product that does not fit. This is not the first time I have had issues with your company online or in-store... having beautiful bikes for sale on your site is not everything, service is essential when you are a merchant. Very disappointed because the order was placed on January 8 and the package was delivered by DPD on January 23, whereas it was indicated delivery in 2/3 working days. DPD never called me to find a solution for delivery and supposedly could not deliver to the Super U pickup point that I was offered to select as a pickup point. The home trainer seems to be a good product after a first use. Little noise and easy to install.

The delivery time was too long (more than 15 days), whereas it was indicated 2-4 days at the time of my order. Customer service explained to me that a part was missing but this was not indicated on the site. I was treated very poorly on the phone in the store when I called to find out where my order was: "There's no point in calling, as long as you haven't received it in May". You then indicated that you wanted an exchange for another size, leaving us the choice between two different sizes. We therefore contacted you to find out which specific size you wanted, but no response was received despite our message.
In the absence of a response from you for fifteen days, and in order to close the file, we proceeded to send a replacement order.
We also draw your attention to the fact that your request involved a change of size greater than two sizes, which is not trivial and generally requires explicit validation from the customer, given the constraints of availability and size consistency.
