I can only be disappointed Home trainer received but once assembled I notice it has a defect I am returning it but I am told that it is now considered as a warranty issue and that it has been sent directly back to the manufacturer So now I have no home trainer and not even sure to get it back... when a direct replacement or refund would have been so quick and so customer-friendly...

I give 3 for a late shipment that apparently was left in the lockers ?????...... Strangely, as soon as I made my complaint, the package arrived 2 days later! Just a little email from Materiel Velo that it was abnormal for the delivery time. A small gesture would have been welcome with apologies. Otherwise, nothing to complain about the site and the products with the prices. JC

I recently ordered button batteries cr 1632 on your site to replace mine on my Shimano di2 levers. Original Maxell. You sent me Eunicell cr 1632 batteries that do not work at all with my levers. For several days I tried in vain to remedy the problem until I changed the batteries again to Maxell. And everything is back to normal. It works! In conclusion, your batteries are not compatible with Shimano

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the "Materiel-velo.com" part. As usual, it was reactive and serious. So I give 5 stars. For the delivery part by "DPD", it was how to say... "less good"... The package was announced as "delivered" to the chosen pickup point when it was not... then found at the logistics base (about forty km away) where I was asked to go to retrieve it... After refusing, the package went back to the pickup point and could be retrieved after five days of wandering. So 1 star for DPD and an average of 3 for the experience lived.

I recently ordered the Feedback Omnium Over Drive foldable Home Trainer. I found it under the connected home trainers section. Similarly, in the description, it is stated that it is compatible with platforms like Zwift (...). However, all this misleads the consumer, as I had to find out that it is not a connected home trainer (no direct connection possible) and that compatibility only applies to a power sensor independent of the home trainer that would need to be mounted on the bike...

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product received and your company but very disappointed with the delivery. Indeed, received very quickly with a small supplement to have my package at home but as often, the delivery people don't even bother to come to the home to save time. They leave the packages at the nearest pickup point and inform us that there was no one at home. Unfortunately, I was in front of my gate all day. Other than that, it's perfect.

It seems that the nut for the screw for the mounting of the bracket I purchased is missing, so it is impossible to fix it on the GoPro mount without tinkering with tape to avoid losing the screw. Not very effective. I would appreciate it if you could send me the nut that goes with this item.

Fast shipping and quality at the appointment, but I placed this order because I went to the store (Villy le Pelloux 74) because there were, according to the bike material site: 2 pieces in stock, and I moved (for nothing) because the stock was wrong!?! and not even a word of apology from the seller :( I am therefore happy with the online sale, but much less with the sale at the aforementioned store.

I ordered wheels with disc and cassette mounting (mounting offered by the site) upon receipt and despite going through the workshop, the wheels arrived with the components not mounted. After claiming, I received a voucher equivalent to the value of the assembly but then I had to find someone to assemble the parts when I had chosen this site for this service. Finding a bike shop to assemble material that was not purchased from them is not great. I think there was a communication failure between the sales department and the assembly workshop which is not very serious and detrimental to the customer. For the rest, the ordered products are excellent and I think the site will do everything to improve its service

Bike material told me that my electric bike, purchased for 4000 € from them two and a half years ago, was not waterproof and could not ride in the rain. Having taken in water, they deemed it irreparable. The manufacturer restored it and told me that bike material did not know how to repair electric road bikes. And I won't even mention the many other troubles I had with their stores. I strongly advise against buying a bike from them. Absolutely to be avoided

When you are charged an extra fee to be delivered in 24/48 hours, that the ordered products marked "in stock" are sent to you 48 hours later, that I receive my package after a weekend, five days later, and that you are outright "shooed away" while being insulted because you complain about this fact, well I give one star because I can't give zero! I can only imagine what the customer service must be like with such respect for customers. This was my first and last order.
