I am disappointed. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife and the size was not correct. I could not exchange the product. I had to return it at my own expense.

Very good, just the delivery to the store took 3 days instead of the 1 to 2 days announced. So, I found the status update of the delivery slow. Thanks to the seller for the service provided :)

I made a fairly large order to benefit from reduced shipping costs, but once I validated my gift voucher, the amount dropped to €0, and I had to pay the shipping costs. It would be better if the gift voucher was taken into account after calculating the shipping costs. Thank you

Trustworthy site, technical advice before purchase, fast shipping. However, the customer service is not always great depending on who you get. They were unable to help me change a saddle cart screw for Argon 18 on the grounds that the model no longer existed (the bike purchased from them was less than 10 years old). I had to struggle quite a bit to find and order the right screw with its cylinder myself on Amazon.

Original products at a controlled price. Delivery times a bit longer than average but acceptable.

Everything is going very well, except that it creaks, I disassembled the seat post and greased it as well as the seat support, how do we go about the warranty, I can't manage, can you help me, regards

Very good tire that I put on the front.

I have never had any problems with my orders on the Materiel-velo.com site until now. However, I was missing a few items (out of stock) during my last order to finalize the improvement of my bike (upgrading from Tiagra group to 105).

This material is sold for Shimano 105, but the bleed fittings do not fit on the brake levers..

A product advertised as in stock, but delivered 15 days later because it was actually out of stock. This is not very pleasant, especially when it is a wear part and you end up with a bike immobilized.

Thanks to the sales team for adapting as best as possible to our request.

Conforms to my order and delivered on time, too bad that for such a small volume the box was rather large. A simple cardboard letter would have been sufficient.

Fast delivery, very competitive prices, however, a doubt about the reliability of the pressure tester ordered.

Order of a pair of wheels for my first order on bike equipment, everything went well. The delivery time of 4 days announced because the product was out of stock was respected. I take away one star because the packaging of the wheels was not great, the axle of the rear wheel had pierced the box and was sticking out of the package, luckily it was not damaged except for a few small scratches but for a pair of wheels over €1000 we would have preferred a slightly larger box with better protection including plastic caps on the axles to protect them as I have already had on other pairs of wheels ordered from other sites. Otherwise, the product received was conforming, the order tracking was well updated at each stage and the delivery time was respected even if DPD postponed the delivery from Saturday to Monday because "my establishment was closed" while I was indeed at home.

Too long a delay, I had to wait three months for an advisor to tell me that the company (Corima) was waiting for stickers to ship them to me, three long months where I was told that my delivery would be effective the following week.
