For this order it's ok, well packaged, not broken. But it's a shame that there is no possibility to rate when the service is not good, e.g.: order XWTLQPREF rim on promotion and whose delivery price was initially €40 but received after my phone call which lasted 20 minutes to get a consultant and tell me that finally the shipping price is €180! While other sites charge €90. Even with the Elite card, no commercial proposal made to regular customers.

A bit disappointed with my experience. The package arrived in a rather degraded state, which suggests that it was not handled with much care, either during its preparation or during transport (DPD). Nothing to say about the textile received, which was in good condition and met my expectations. However, the same cannot be said for the rest of the order: a tube of chain lubricant had a broken cap, and the ceramic grease tube was punctured.

I made a mistake the first time because I did not take the right tire width. I returned it for an exchange. On the second shipment, I received the correct width but in a brown color. I decided to keep them because it would have cost me more to return than to keep the tires. Since this is the only site where I make mistakes, I conclude that it could be better presented to avoid these errors.
