This delay is independent of our will. Indeed, traffic conditions were heavily disrupted due to the recent snow episode, to which were added logistical difficulties related to the high influx of shipments during the end-of-year holidays. These exceptional circumstances unfortunately slowed down the delivery of packages across the entire transport network.

Good product, properly packaged. 3 stars for the shipping delay, having supply issues is okay, but given the initial shipping delay announced on the site, it was not feasible for a product that was not in stock. For a first purchase, this does not instill confidence for a future purchase regarding shipping times. So if you are not in a hurry and you take into account to multiply the announced delay by 4 or 5, no problem. However, if you rely on the announced delay with a small margin there ....
