Customer reviews of Materiel-velo.com

Regular buyer, the site is serious but the product descriptions are not very reliable.

Delivery time a bit longer than expected.

Package received 5 days late

Ok

Package received 7 days late compared to what was planned on the site

Good product

Delivered quite quickly

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the "Materiel-velo.com" part. As usual, it was reactive and serious. So I give 5 stars. For the delivery part by "DPD", it was how to say... "less good"... The package was announced as "delivered" to the chosen pickup point when it was not... then found at the logistics base (about forty km away) where I was asked to go to retrieve it... After refusing, the package went back to the pickup point and could be retrieved after five days of wandering. So 1 star for DPD and an average of 3 for the experience lived.

I want to point out that this site is not bad overall even if sometimes there are certain shortcomings in communication

I encountered no problems from the order to delivery

Great site

Nothing to add

Announced deadline not respected despite a call to customer service (very nice). Email and SMS communication regarding tracking a bit chaotic

My products are at a good price and I appreciate supporting a small structure. However, it has been several orders that I do not receive the email saying that the order has arrived in the store while when I go there, it is indeed there. It's quite annoying, I hope the problem will be corrected

the adhesive tape is not very wide and does not stick well

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product received and your company but very disappointed with the delivery. Indeed, received very quickly with a small supplement to have my package at home but as often, the delivery people don't even bother to come to the home to save time. They leave the packages at the nearest pickup point and inform us that there was no one at home. Unfortunately, I was in front of my gate all day. Other than that, it's perfect.

I received my package in record time, great!

Order received in perfect condition and quite quickly, nothing to report, thank you

very good home trainer, easy to use, quiet, I recommend this product,

I am surprised that having ordered gift vouchers at the beginning of November the validity date is July 2026 => ???

Despite a delivery break at Zipp, I was found the ad-hoc substitute stem.. Perfect!

thank you

Ok good

Delivery times a bit longer than usual but for the rest very satisfied.

Delivery times for information and delivery are far too long for a single chain guide.

Lots of choices and well priced, best regards

I couldn't install the front mudguard. Too bad!

I ordered wheels with disc and cassette mounting (mounting offered by the site) upon receipt and despite going through the workshop, the wheels arrived with the components not mounted. After claiming, I received a voucher equivalent to the value of the assembly but then I had to find someone to assemble the parts when I had chosen this site for this service. Finding a bike shop to assemble material that was not purchased from them is not great. I think there was a communication failure between the sales department and the assembly workshop which is not very serious and detrimental to the customer. For the rest, the ordered products are excellent and I think the site will do everything to improve its service

package received in bad condition, box all crushed

Perfect

A product could not be delivered, I would have appreciated being offered one or more similar products. Best regards

Delivery time quite long

Disappointed by the last-minute cancellation when the product was supposed to be in stock in the store according to the website

Perfect.

Material well received. It was indicated 1 to 2 days for delivery. In fact, you need to count at least 5 days

delivered quickly and the material meets my expectations

Very good product

Nothing to report

The order went well, however the delivery times were longer than those announced on the site.

Correct price for the quality choice but delivery can be a bit long sometimes.
