Hello, Still very satisfied with bike equipment. But a little surprise related to a gift voucher. I made a fairly large order to benefit from reduced shipping costs, but once I validated my gift voucher, the amount dropped to €0, and I had to pay the shipping costs. It would be better if the gift voucher was taken into account after calculating the shipping costs. Thank you

Trustworthy site, technical advice before purchase, fast shipping. However, the customer service is not always great depending on who you get. They were unable to help me change a saddle cart screw for Argon 18 on the grounds that the model no longer existed (the bike purchased from them was less than 10 years old). I had to struggle quite a bit to find and order the right screw with its cylinder myself on Amazon.

Hello, late shipment even though payment was received 8 days prior. The shipment was careful, everything was perfectly packaged. The hardware for the rear disc brake caliper is missing and the bottom bracket housing.
