Fast delivery, very competitive prices, however, a doubt about the reliability of the pressure tester ordered.

Order of a pair of wheels for my first order on bike equipment, everything went well. The delivery time of 4 days announced because the product was out of stock was respected. I take away one star because the packaging of the wheels was not great, the axle of the rear wheel had pierced the box and was sticking out of the package, luckily it was not damaged except for a few small scratches but for a pair of wheels over €1000 we would have preferred a slightly larger box with better protection including plastic caps on the axles to protect them as I have already had on other pairs of wheels ordered from other sites. Otherwise, the product received was conforming, the order tracking was well updated at each stage and the delivery time was respected even if DPD postponed the delivery from Saturday to Monday because "my establishment was closed" while I was indeed at home.

No issues with delivery and its speed, however I realized after assembly (thus impossible to return) that I ordered the wrong product: there was a small dropdown menu with 3 different choices that I did not see. The product title did not suggest that there were multiple versions, I understood that there was only one compatible model for 3 types of transmissions.

Delivery announced within 24 to 48 hours and received in 4 days. Moreover, no notification from the carrier that the package had arrived at the relay point. So, collection of the package took a week.

I have been a customer at bike equipment for a while and I find them very professional. Nothing to complain about. However, for this order, the delivery time of a pair of Mavic wheels took more than fifteen days even though they were in stock at the time of the order. I wanted to mount them to do my first Mont Ventoux on September 5 (Wheels ordered on 20/08/2025) and I received them the day before but I had already left unfortunately. I was disappointed. For the rest, no issues.
