I had paid to be delivered at home and the carrier left my order 10 km away in a store without notifying me, that's borderline.

The site is well presented. The payment methods are diversified (including instant bank transfer which is appreciated). Delivery and in-store pickup are well organized.

The shipment is top-notch, unfortunately the 2 wheels were warped, my bike shop fixed them, but at this price it's not normal

Very good but the delay was a bit longer than announced. But it's not a big deal, I received the equipment in time to go on a trip. Thank you.

For this order, there was a size error on one item, the delivered cassette did not match the order. So I made a return.

Good information on the site, excellent delivery time, very secure packaging of the products. Last area for improvement: a service for taking back old products (for wheels, or frame or even complete bike) and it would be perfect :) .
