Hello, following a fall, I had to replace material on the right side, notably a Shimano Dura Ace 12-speed rear derailleur. I was surprised to find the derailleur in a plastic bag and not in its original packaging upon opening the box. Nothing indicated this 'small detail' on your site.

My last order contained only products in stock and I waited more than a week before the shipment of my order. I tried several times to reach customer service by phone, no response, and yet during business hours, I finally received a response by email telling me that my package was blocked due to a product not in stock, while it was in stock at the time of ordering.
