Always satisfied with the site matériel vélo.com no issues. However, I am only half satisfied with the DPD carrier. I did not receive any notification to inform me that my package had arrived at the pick-up point. Next time I think I will go through Chronopost for one euro more.

Product noted in stock sent the next day (perfect, I'm out of order!) I order express to support local business instead of a big American one, result: 4 days to send it and another 5 to receive it... Very disappointed... Otherwise, great welcome in the store!

Very good site with a wide choice (with an effective selection), reachable advisors, reasonable shipping costs and delivery times... Just disappointed with my last order due to a lack of precision on the wheel purchase.

The package meets my expectations and arrived on time but the box is way too big compared to the size of the product. Not very eco-friendly!

No delivery problem, very (too) well packaged, the shipping price needs to be justified as it is not cheap

Usually I am delighted because of very fast shipping but my last order was a hassle and took a very long time to arrive. Stressful for a cyclist to wait for his tire and heart rate monitor thinking he won't have it in time for his competition. Received after 10 days, phew.

I tested the Fizik saddle during a 90km ride with 1100m of elevation gain in good comfort conditions. Good "value for money"

The box of the Campagnolo freewheel was open in my well-sealed package! When trying to mount my freewheel, the supplied spacer was for a Shimano mount! I had to go to a bike material store to get the right spacer! Fortunately, the bike shop was able to help me right away!

Satisfied with the ordered parts, there is just the delay. It was stated in stock and I received an email saying there was a delay in their reception.
