Pair of DT SWISS wheels ordered, with a defective front wheel, hence return to DT SWISS for warranty (exchange) - The cassette was poorly reassembled, leading to an indexing problem corrected by my bike mechanic - 1 month without a wheel but I remain overall satisfied despite these setbacks for the professionalism and availability of the technicians at Matériel Vélo :)

Good evening, I suppose this situation is independent of your will, however, I had to wait two weeks to receive my package due to a stock shortage. However, during this time, the product remained available for sale online with a delivery time announced of 2 to 4 days, which surprised me. This is the first time this has happened to me so I do not hold it against you and I will continue to order from your site.

Delivery within the time frame. But I paid for home delivery, the delivery person sends a message telling me that the package does not fit in my mailbox which is false, so delivery in a depot a few km away. So not happy. The product is okay.
