Bike material intervened in a warranty frame return. Flawless communication and genuinely concerned about delivering a perfect mountain bike. I thank bike material for their work and seriousness.

A perfect customer experience. Following a small preparation error, I received the wrong item which unfortunately went out of stock in the meantime... I was put in touch with Théo, who was exceptionally professional: he found an immediate solution by replacing my item with a model from the higher range. An exemplary commercial gesture and top-notch responsiveness. I recommend Materiel-velo.com without hesitation!

Hello, your site is good, I have nothing against you, and I will recommend, but the delivery was too long, that’s why I put 3 stars.
