Excellent customer service (responsive and full of good advice). Product received of high manufacturing quality. The seams, the materials,... the final product is really neat. The only downside concerns the forearms: you really feel very tight in the sleeves of the jacket! We keep our fingers crossed that the leather will soften enough over time, hoping to gain comfort.
