Part of the order was cancelled, I was promised a refund, I am still waiting

Preparation for taking over the order too long and preparation also too long.

Package not received and refunded without any explanation

I am very disappointed my backpack arrived with a crushed piece that regulates the straps so unusable, a week before Christmas I have no news despite my request and photo support ....Disappointed...really disappointed.

Product received damaged. I tried to contact the seller by phone without success to return my product without any answer. I then sent an email and still nothing.... Total lack of seriousness: to flee!

I can not recommend the company Maxxdiscount at all! Twice received defective goods, despite the advice to pack them accordingly due to the fragility. It was expected that I return the defective goods. After my notice that I do not return them at my expense, there is no reaction. Also, the second (replacement) delivery was made only after setting a deadline and threat to become active via Paypal! So fingers off!!!

Article was indicated as Lagernd, a few days later was offered by mail another article, because the ordered article is no longer available. After all, the money was returned without problems.

The packaging was partly torn during transport but the 2 notebooks were intact.

Poor quality product

I was very disappointed with the quality of the pillowcases, which were not sewn properly and therefore full of folds and creases, and did not form a rectangle. I have sent a message of complaint, which has remained a dead letter since, so the company does not take its customers into account. I wanted to buy a bed set, but as long as I do not have a refund or credit note, there is no chance that I will order again. I do not recommend this site ....... Not serious

The toys arrived and don't work .the backpack with a zip that doesn't open

mid November, I received an oxford diary from August 2019 to August 2020 for the sum of 11.86€ I returned this incomplete diary at my expense: 5.10€ Paris-Stock reimbursed me 5.96€ Negative cost of this fictitious sale: 11€ from my pocket Scandalous! Site to avoid !!!!!

Contacted twice because 2 out of 3 products were unavailable. Long delivery time. And in the end 1 item (1 agenda) arrived damaged. Bad experience!

6,90€ of shipping costs for the purchase of a cuddly toy, I find that really expensive! Especially when it is impossible to choose the option of delivery in relay point at 5,90€...

Product not in stock although announced present

Not very happy because my parcel was sent to another place than the one I asked for as I am on holiday. I can't go and pick it up where it was delivered.

My order arrived a day late even though I had asked for it by chronopost on purpose. The 4 bubble guns I ordered did not work. The products seemed to be reconditioned. To be avoided!

Very unhappy, package opened and incomplete. The after sales service promises me compensation but since then no news very very dissatisfied.

Damaged box

It fits well but is not very good quality the front clip is mounted crooked and some sewing thread is coming out I don't think it will last a year I am disappointed considering the price

Delivery 15 days after...

Two months to have my changing bag because lost by the carrier I receive it then without the bottle holder I ask a little compensation a small wooden toy at 6 € for my son refused it is not serious I would certainly not order again on this site and I would not recommend either

I am on top of the game, the toy I bought is not working at all. It was for my son's birthday and I had to send it back and I have no answer to this day so I am waiting for an answer from PayPal for a refund.

I ordered a Doudou 3 weeks ago that I still have not received, when I want to send an email to know where my delivery is says "an error has occurred", when I call it does not answer yet "Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm without interruption" so no Doudou and the levy is done well sa "r!!!

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. However, after 2 uses, the camera installed in my daughter's room only works on sector, the battery does not work anymore. Disappointed considering the amount of the product

I ordered this diary on 02/12/2016, not paying attention to the year... It was presented with the 2017 diaries, I felt ripped off obviously!!! Never purchase from this site again for our company.

Very disappointed with the service ... The design is nice but disappointed with the quality. It is 100% cotton but not thick, it still looks wrinkled contrary to what is stated in the ad. For the price I expected a better quality.
