The package was delivered but the packaging was pathetic, dented, taped and re-taped as if it had crossed the planet (who knows?). The contents were almost visible and were wandering around in the box. Small snag on the handle of the Wok Tefal imitation wood that leaves the black plastic below. Nothing bad but still... Responsibility shared between the supplier and the deliverers?

I was told that the delivery would take place between the 11th and the 13th, knowing that I had specified that I needed it for the 13th of July. The package was prepared on Friday 08/07 but shipped on 12/07 so I didn't have the gifts for the birthday. And the package arrived in a deplorable state. The box of the toy is torn.
