Two months to have my changing bag because lost by the carrier I receive it then without the bottle holder I ask a little compensation a small wooden toy at 6 € for my son refused it is not serious I would certainly not order again on this site and I would not recommend either

Yes, we sent you a new bag and there was no bottle holder. You replaced it with another Baby On Board bottle holder.

We don't remember why we refused the wooden toy, which toy is it?

Good quality products, with a downside on the closures of the backpack, one of which broke after only 3 months of use. Fortunately, there is a double closure. By the way, is there no guarantee for this kind of problem (this question is addressed to Paris-Stock of course!)
