Sale of mediocre quality surfboards with foam resembling polystyrene. One of the ordered surfboards arrived with dents and they refuse the return, which if accepted would be at my expense!!! They pretend to have sales to clear out poor quality products, with twisted fins and screws that do not fit the pre-drilled holes. I have sent several emails that went unanswered, I contacted them via Facebook, no response either. And they blocked my access to their page and deleted all my comments and contact requests. AVOID!!!! I lost 350 euros thrown in the trash. Order the surfboards from Decathlon at the lowest price, their foam is denser than that of MADNESS. SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Dear MDNS Customer Service, Faulty MDNS Wetsuit – Request for Refund or Replacement I recently purchased a brand new MDNS wetsuit model: 5/4/3 Puure - Polar Yulex Zip Poitrine L/S Combinaison Surf Femme from your official website on 1/6/25, and unfortunately I’ve discovered that it is leaking both through the seams and the material itself. This is not due to user damage — I’ve only used it once, and the suit was brand new. The material is noticeably and disappointingly permeable. Given that the wetsuit is not performing as advertised and is unfit for purpose, I would like a refund or replacement under your warranty or returns policy. Please let me know how to proceed. The suit I ordered was not the right size. When I wanted to exchange it, I was told that the larger size was out of stock. So when I requested a refund, I was told that the return shipping costs were my responsibility. So, double penalty: no suit and about 9 euros in postage at my expense!
