Hello, the products are great. However, the carrier is particularly careless and, although the delivery person was very polite, meticulous, rigorous, and understanding, I really thought I would have to return the board. I have photos of the box so damaged that I feared for the board which, miraculously, was intact. I invite you to change carriers and to offer delivery to a pickup point for people who are absent from their homes during the day. Thank you.

Good shopping experience. The product is of good quality. The only downside is that I couldn't select the pickup point when choosing delivery to a relay.

I will only use it this winter. But I tried it and it seems to do the job. Great difficulty in putting my feet in because the base is narrow. Maybe it will give a little with use.
