Next, apply a thin layer of Base Coat, taking care not to overflow onto the cuticles and catalyze under the lamp. Apply a thin layer of color and catalyze again under the UV lamp. Catastrophic! The lamp does not heat at all, the nail polish is of bad quality. The nail polish does not dry. According to the website and the customer service, the nail polish should dry after 120 sec, I need much more for it to be almost dry.
