Package arrived at wrong pickup point

This is the 1st time I've ordered and unfortunately I never received my parcel. Good reactivity from SAP, waiting for the return.

the stove does not catalyze and the glaze is very firm, not slipping.

I never received the package due to a zip code error and have not received a refund or solution.

The parcel ear arrived late and was reportedly stuck in France at the sorting center. In addition, it was inconvenient to have to pick it up in person instead of receiving it at home

I had to order some products, but to my great surprise I didn't receive the products I had ordered, but batches of products that I already had at home. I tried to contact customer service. But they wouldn't listen. I asked for a coupon so that I could return the package and recommend what I wanted. It was only when I showed my dissatisfaction that I was offered to recommend with a 2-day promo code, which looks like I'm collecting the money so I can order right away! I'd already spent more than 30 euros on a product I didn't want, but I couldn't see myself spending the same amount again, especially as the charges are so expensive! And the one star I put is because we have to!

Average rendering and not so easy to remove.

The magic remover doesn't work very well. You have to use it several times to remove. Far from 3 minutes. Disappointed, especially for the price. I will not order again.

Great product, but I don't think nail polish lasts very long and I have to put a lot of nail polish on my nails.

I ordered 2 items and only received one. The 2nd was sent to a relay point following my complaint. It could have been sent to my home address or I could have had a commercial gesture.

Despite the claim that there are no substances in it that cause an allergic reaction, I still had a mega allergic reaction. The sheets are hanging on my fingers. So a waste of money.

The order was neatly in the box and I am very satisfied with the priduct.

The package I received was missing items that were supposed to be included in the description.

Disappointed by the hold of the varnish. It only lasts a week.

Poor purchase. Non-existent peel off effect, despite making several attempts at application and removal. Even letting my hands soak in hot water, the polish did not peel off at all. In the end, I had to scrape off bits of polish, ruining my nails much more than if I had used the remover. Truly a disappointment, and to say that with peel offs from other brands I never had any problems. Customer service just as bad, I wrote to get a refund and received no response. I don't recommend it at all, too bad because the traditional semipermanents of this brand are good, but they would be much more honest if they wrote that the peel off effect is not guaranteed.

The products are beautiful. But they are not very good. The nails break easily.

Order delivered in 13 days and not instead according to the timeframe on the website.

Very disappointed with the color I don't like it at all

The color does not match the photo on the website. No instructions supplied with the order on how to apply the semi-permanent varnish, so you have to go to the website. On the other hand, prices are quite reasonable. I don't know about the quality. I applied as specified on the site, I went under the lamp respecting the recommended times and barely 10 minutes later the varnish broke. This is of course only my personal opinion, but it doesn't suit me.

I'm sorry to give you only two stars because the UV machine doesn't dry quickly even though I wait 60 seconds. Acetone doesn't work on semi-permanent varnishes.

In general, the products are okay. However, the bottle with the remover was badly closed at delivery and everything was wet and stinky. The quality of the other things was good.

I don't find the varnish of very good quality. It doesn't last long...

Despite two attempts to follow the break to the letter, the varnish lasts two days... I don't recommend it.
