Unfortunately, the nail polish I purchased is much lighter than the color shown in the picture, so it did not meet my expectations. I did not solve the problem even with 3 coats of nail polish! In this regard, also, the polish does not spread very well, I am convinced that although it is said that there is no need to apply a base coat on the nails, it would actually be better to do so instead. I leave two stars only because it does what it promises, that is, it can be removed easily as stated in the instructions.

I have mixed feelings: the nail polish remover has evaporated and customer service is supposed to send me a new one, but for the moment I've had no news about the parcel. Otherwise, I did my 1st application on my toenails with the ruby kit and I'm happy with it: it holds up in the pool and on the beach. I'm also sorry we can't choose our nail polish colors in the ruby kit. I might buy other colors if I finally get the nail polish remover. If not, I think I'll look elsewhere.

Through my account I also did not find a way to directly contact or click through to my order. Under contact you can contact customer service, but I would expect that through my profile I could also check on the status of my order and possibly report something through there.
