The product does not cover and struggles to dry

I received my parcel completely damaged and the nail polish remover was practically emptied inside the parcel.

Until mint always satisfied, last time some products in my cart beforehand that I could not remove but had to checkout

Order arrived on time but unfortunately I cannot say I am satisfied. After finishing a nude nail polish which I was very satisfied with, I repurchased the nail polish with the same name but unfortunately the coloration was different from the previous one then I placed a second order taking the basic nude coloration hoping it was a mistake in the name but this coloration is also different from the first one which I loved. It would be kind to indicate that the colorings have changed and the product names have remained the same so that I can place an informed order. Too bad, I was not satisfied this time.

I received my order in three weeks, the delays were just piling up!!!!

I didn't collect my parcel after receiving an e-mail from the brand, which unfortunately refuses to provide the MSDS sheets for the products. I would remind you that in the event of an inspection, we must provide this sheet for each product, otherwise we are liable to a fine of €1,500 per product. For our own safety, this brand is to be avoided!

Fast shipping but twice the remover was almost empty in the box... the top coat doesn't dry... a little disappointed.

Lamp heats very little. Varnish does not dry. Very very disappointed with the products I received. Would not recommend.

I was really attracted by the colors of the nail polishes, but their qualities really got on my nerves (bubbles with air underneath, even though they were applied in the same way as usual).

Very good quality varnish, but the UV lamp stopped working after just one use.

I have to put on at least 4 layers so that my nails show through less. And so that makes a thicker layer, pers of the cuticles there is a hook... This is the 3rd set and it's the same...

The price is very attractive for the contents of the box. I was pleasantly surprised by the uv machine and accessories. But it's a double-edged sword, as I only tested the darker shades. The product doesn't cover the nail at all. The darker shades are not uniform. I had to apply 3 coats ... which didn't even cover the color I'd originally intended. As for the life of the semi... after 3 days, I already had pieces that were flaking off. I'm used to semi-permanent but I'm disappointed with semi products.

Very poorly packaged parcel Shameful

Hi sorry!!! I bought your beginner set for nails, the only thing is that no matter how many times I put it in the stove still it doesn't dry I also tried with other nail polishes but still the result is the same

I found the products ineffective,for a person who washes his hands often it is not recommended because it comes off chipping like a simple nail polish,not satisfied

Very slow shipping!!!! It was for a birthday and did not arrive on time. Neither customer service nor the courier collaborated. I don't think I will buy from the web again... The products are very good.

I didn't receive my parcel! When I contacted the company to inform them of this, I was held responsible for not having picked up my parcel, even though I had not received an e-mail to inform me that it had arrived. Nor did I receive a reminder e-mail, as is normal when a parcel is to be returned to the sender. I was asked for the details of my relay point for a second shipment, which arrived at the beginning of May. To date, still nothing! I sent an e-mail asking for a refund as I was not receiving my varnish. Again, I've had no reply. The first e-mail was sent at the beginning of April! I hope someone will take this message into account and get back to me. That would be the least they could do. Thank you

I would buy more often if the shipping costs (all the more so at a pickup point and not at home) and the individual glazes (not the packs ) did not cost so much. Otherwise, the products are good and I have always received my order.

Following a technical problem I have not received any feedback from the service department following the problem report.

Disappointment between the advertised color and the actual one, especially Tahiti, which looks like a powdery coral when it's actually quite blurred disappointed

I'm still waiting for my box which was forgotten when my package was sent... I've been waiting for 3 weeks now, and the after-sales service is taking a long time to reply and to send the box. It's a shame, because I have nothing to say about the products, which I find very good. This experience could have been perfect if it hadn't been marred by the fact that this box was forgotten and, I'm beginning to think, never received!

Delivery is very fast. I have several gel polishes from Meanail that I ordered through bol.com. Now for the first time an order on their own website. The lacquer is very thick and lumpy so it can not be applied nicely. Special that with the lacquer from bol.com lacquer is better.

The product wasn't sealed properly so it arrived upside down, the nail polishes came out dry, I'm not satisfied at all.

Very happy with most of the products ordered, but very disappointed with the Fairy Dust varnish, which froze after just one use: brush stiffened, varnish clumped. I couldn't use it even though it was well closed and stored in a box. Disappointed, I hope the other varnishes I buy won't do the same. Worth a look.

The varnish is not of good quality and the return service is not free.

The shipping was very slow, and some of the colors I ordered are of a really strange consistency: pasty, viscous, and difficult to spread

Some colors are not very pigmented. It would be nice to have a sticker on the top of the cap with the color. When they're put away, it's hard to get them all out again.

I received my order. Following the application procedure, the varnish doesn't even last a week. A bit disappointed!

Twin coat super, but the color assortments disappoint.

Parcel delivered to another relay point 15 minutes drive from the one initially chosen, no further news from customer service regarding my request for compensation. It's a shame, because the products are fine, but that's not enough.

Faulty equipment and still in to speak with customer service....
