I bought the sphere 48W Kit as a gift, the lamp + polishes. The lamp seems to be of good quality, but I'm not so sure about the polishes...with one coat they don't cover almost nothing, and with two the nail doesn't look very good either, that's why I only give it 3 stars... the lamp does work great.

Very good kit and received quickly. However, no explanation of how to prepare the nails so that they hold well. When you're a novice, you don't necessarily know that you need a pumice stone etc... before doing the permanent protocol.

The parcel unfortunately took 13 days~ to arrive... I couldn't give the gift in time for Christmas. Too bad. Customer service responded briefly, a small gesture would have been appreciated. I don't think I'll be recommending them in the future.

Package not received, said lost, customer service offered to send it back to me but in doubt that it would reach me I preferred to get a refund, but the latter does not correspond to the amount of my order either (order refunded, but my complete kit semi-permanent was not) therefore order refunded a 1/4. I'm really disappointed

It's been several times that I've contacted customer service regarding the non-receipt of this parcel. I wanted to give my daughter a great present, but to no avail. An inquiry was made with the carrier who closed the file that I sent to you by the way, and since then nothing... no one informs me of the progress of my case. I'm really disappointed, mainly because my daughter won't be getting her semi-permanent as planned, and I ordered well in advance so as not to have any problems.
