I order all my polishes here and I've never been disappointed! On the other hand, the polygel pack is a disaster... I've been using polygel for many months, so I'm used to it, but the meanail one doesn't harden enough, breaks easily and is quite difficult to use... What's more, you can't buy a polygel on its own to restock... disappointed with this latest purchase.

No after-sales service! Unfortunately, for after-sales service to work, we have to send a parcel back at our own expense. From France to Belgium, we're looking at shipping costs of over 15 euros. That quickly cools things down...

Nice set for semi-permanent. On the other hand it was indicated that it was a led lamp and to my great surprise when I received the lamp it was indicated everywhere UV/led. Despite contacting the service department for a return, they said it was just a labelling error and only offered me a promotional code of -10% for 1 month...

The color is beautiful but both the color and the base/top remain sticky even after several passes under the lamp. Also, removal is not at all as quick and easy as advertised

Choice on the site and many positive reviews except that the equipment was defective after 10 minutes of use. It was a birthday present, the person was very disappointed and the SAV exchange has not yet been carried out. I therefore have mixed feelings about the quality of the goods sold.

Products whose description did not correspond to what was advertised. These were Peel off nail polishes that were supposed to be removed without acetone, simply by soaking the nails in hot water for a few minutes. Nothing came off. I had to grate my nails... Very disappointed.

3rd use of the UV lamp and it snaps right in the middle of my manicure. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm going to contact the after-sales service in the hope that they'll make a gesture.

Very poor product hold, despite several attempts the varnish flakes and peels off in 3-4 days. A pity because the kit is very complete and the varnish colors are very beautiful.

Removing the polish from the nails is a disaster. It is not at all like the video shows. I put a plastic bump around my hand and plenty of liquid. And even then a quarter is not off when I have been like this for half an hour per hand. Other than that, nice colors and easy to apply.

I'm taking off 2 stars because the varnish takes a very long time to dry compared with other brands. In addition, the varnish is greasy and sticky. But it lasts over time
