Not bad

The parcel ear arrived late and was reportedly stuck in France at the sorting center. In addition, it was inconvenient to have to pick it up in person instead of receiving it at home

Very positive experience so far. Glazes and lamp in my opinion very good. The only problem is that there is not much indication about the catalyzing time however I do on 90 seconds even less. In love with the milky pink color!

The package presented all the products, the lamp showed only a small bump, almost invisible, the rest of the products all good. Instead of finding the wooden sticks, I found the cuticle pusher and preferred it! Great products, recommended

I had to order some products, but to my great surprise I didn't receive the products I had ordered, but batches of products that I already had at home. I tried to contact customer service. But they wouldn't listen. I asked for a coupon so that I could return the package and recommend what I wanted. It was only when I showed my dissatisfaction that I was offered to recommend with a 2-day promo code, which looks like I'm collecting the money so I can order right away! I'd already spent more than 30 euros on a product I didn't want, but I couldn't see myself spending the same amount again, especially as the charges are so expensive! And the one star I put is because we have to!

Very good product and varnish that holds very well and is shiny. I just regret the application, which damages the nail quite a bit. Unless I'm doing it wrong. My nail has lost some of its "strength", even though my basic nails are quite solid.

Fast, correct processing

no explanatory leaflet in the parcel ... what a shame! It's much better to have precise information about the usefulness of the products we buy.

Everything is perfect except perhaps the nail polish remover. Not as effective as advertised, unless I'm using it wrong....

Despite the claim that there are no substances in it that cause an allergic reaction, I still had a mega allergic reaction. The sheets are hanging on my fingers. So a waste of money.

The order was neatly in the box and I am very satisfied with the priduct.

A semi-permanent as at the beautician! Also its removal with acetone pretty good... although a little bit has to be "scratched" with the cuticule pusher... maybe to improve this step! Otherwise super!

Top products everything works well just need a little longer under the lamp but otherwise very good

The es altes that I have bought has a good pigmentation and texture, but on the other hand, I have tried the one that comes as a gift with the lamp pack and the texture and pigmentation are of lower quality, much more I hope it costs to spread and less pigmentation.

Poor purchase. Non-existent peel off effect, despite making several attempts at application and removal. Even letting my hands soak in hot water, the polish did not peel off at all. In the end, I had to scrape off bits of polish, ruining my nails much more than if I had used the remover. Truly a disappointment, and to say that with peel offs from other brands I never had any problems. Customer service just as bad, I wrote to get a refund and received no response. I don't recommend it at all, too bad because the traditional semipermanents of this brand are good, but they would be much more honest if they wrote that the peel off effect is not guaranteed.

Nice product, nice kit, just need instructions on how to use it.

The nail polish dries too quickly, making it soon unusable.
