I received the order with two empty products but I contacted customer service directly and the next day they sent 2 bottles, so I'm very satisfied with the package and customer service. I can't recommend the products enough

Very happy with most of the products ordered, but very disappointed with the Fairy Dust varnish, which froze after just one use: brush stiffened, varnish clumped. I couldn't use it even though it was well closed and stored in a box. Disappointed, I hope the other varnishes I buy won't do the same. Worth a look.
