Good afternoon, everything arrived correctly but the polishes are very thick and it makes it difficult to paint the nail well. If this is normal for your brand, I won't buy any more.

I loved the product, but I found the service to be terrible, I made my purchase paying for express shipping and after making two claims I received it in 19 days. I have been refunded the shipping money but in the end I did not have the package on time as it was for a gift. I bought it here because they assured me the delivery and in the end they didn't deliver.

I bought the sphere 48W Kit as a gift, the lamp + polishes. The lamp seems to be of good quality, but I'm not so sure about the polishes...with one coat they don't cover almost nothing, and with two the nail doesn't look very good either, that's why I only give it 3 stars... the lamp does work great.

Very good kit and received quickly. However, no explanation of how to prepare the nails so that they hold well. When you're a novice, you don't necessarily know that you need a pumice stone etc... before doing the permanent protocol.

The uv lamp didn't work on receipt, I was promised a replacement, but to date I haven't received one.... The whole kit I bought is unusable, very disappointed by this purchase.

Package not received, said lost, customer service offered to send it back to me but in doubt that it would reach me I preferred to get a refund, but the latter does not correspond to the amount of my order either (order refunded, but my complete kit semi-permanent was not) therefore order refunded a 1/4. I'm really disappointed

No sooner received than tested, very easy to use even for beginners like me, very pretty colors (nude sphere kit) that last over time (more than 2 weeks perfectly). I also received 2 little gifts, which is always a pleasure. 2 small remarks: the remover clips are impractical and come off very easily, and the cellulose squares are extremely thin, so you need to use a lot for one finger.

It's been several times that I've contacted customer service regarding the non-receipt of this parcel. I wanted to give my daughter a great present, but to no avail. An inquiry was made with the carrier who closed the file that I sent to you by the way, and since then nothing... no one informs me of the progress of my case. I'm really disappointed, mainly because my daughter won't be getting her semi-permanent as planned, and I ordered well in advance so as not to have any problems.
