I ordered 3 products and received 2. The packing slip and shipping emails simply stated 3 products as if they had been delivered. After I contacted them, I was told the product was no longer available. I am not okay with the whole order being handled as if everything was fine and then, without any notice, I only get 2 of the 3 products

Hello The varnishes I ordered this time are extremely pasty and thick... quite complicated to apply. Some were much too liquid at the very beginning... but now it's a bit like an old varnish. Check your basket carefully before confirming your order, as you won't be able to cancel or modify it afterwards. I ended up with 2 varnishes of identical colors because I made the mistake of clicking twice. I realized it just after validating but it was too late and I couldn't return it.
