When I placed my order, there was an option that would allow me to change a polish while my order was still in progress, this option does not work. Catastrophic! The lamp does not heat at all, the nail polish is of bad quality. The nail polish does not dry. According to the website and the customer service, the nail polish should dry after 120 sec, I need much more for it to be almost dry. The customer service was very nice, but implied that everything that happened to me was my fault, that I did not know how to use them. Impossible to get a refund. I am really disappointed with this product. Way too expensive for what it is.
