Home delivery was planned and paid for, but the parcel, which fit comfortably in the letterbox, was dropped off at a relay point several kilometers from my home, without the deliveryman having taken the time to call me. After complaining to the company, I still haven't received a return, i.e. 3 weeks later. If I'd wanted delivery at a relay point, I wouldn't have paid the extra charge for home delivery. Highly disappointed by the lack of communication with customers, I won't be recommending this company.

Very satisfied with the staying power of the nail varnishes, just one downside: the color isn't really identical to the color on the internet or even to the one on the bottle, so I'm a bit disappointed about that, but the color is still pretty, but it's not what you'd expect.

I'm very happy with my purchase, the nail polishes are beautiful, easy to apply and the hold is good. After two weeks, the nail polish is still perfect, but I put it down because my nails were growing back.
