Package received very quickly, everything was in order. However, the nail polish remover flake was half-closed and therefore leaked into the box... Quite a shame. Otherwise, the machine works very well!

The tweezers are not great, they slip off easily. The nail varnish remover was very disappointing. I spent all afternoon trying to remove the varnish and ended up buying pure acetone.

Home delivery was planned and paid for, but the parcel, which fit comfortably in the letterbox, was dropped off at a relay point several kilometers from my home, without the deliveryman having taken the time to call me. After complaining to the company, I still haven't received a return, i.e. 3 weeks later. If I'd wanted delivery at a relay point, I wouldn't have paid the extra charge for home delivery. Highly disappointed by the lack of communication with customers, I won't be recommending this company.

The product is good, but availability of the company No!!! I made a mistake in ordering the product and a few hours after I realized,I immediately contacted customer service to change the product before shipping. They told me NO!!! that the product was already in preparation. But again I asked for the correction a few hours after I made the purchase. So I was shocked!!!

The nail polishes are very pretty, you have to learn how to put them on w spread them well so that they actually last 10 gg. Taking them off is also quite easy. The only flaw, but I think it's my mistake, after applying and degreasing, it looks dull. I think I need to buy a better degreaser
