Quality lamp but the products and varnish average. They do not hold long. Otherwise order shipped quickly. Serious site

First purchase at Méanail. I took 6 colors. The colors are not opaque, I have to put at least 3-4 couples of colors. This means that the semi permanent doesn't hold up as well. The tools are still good, except the adhesives for the French, it does not stick enough, the varnish goes under the adhesive Very disappointed

I had received the base and the top coat in 2 distinct products by mistake while I had ordered the 2 in 1. I reported it on the site to Méanails and in the hours that followed I received a very nice answer (which is appreciated all the more!) from the customer service who proceeded immediately to the return of the good product. I also received a Mondial Relay label to return the wrong products. Perfect, despite the inconvenience. I highly recommend this brand and its customer service! Top!
