I ordered 3 products and received 2. The packing slip and shipping emails simply stated 3 products as if they had been delivered. Hello The varnishes I ordered this time are extremely pasty and thick... quite complicated to apply. Some were much too liquid at the very beginning... but now it's a bit like an old varnish. And the two batches I ordered have the same characteristics. Apart from that, all my other products are ok too and I only buy your products.

I have mixed feelings: the nail polish remover has evaporated and customer service is supposed to send me a new one, but for the moment I've had no news about the parcel. Otherwise, I did my 1st application on my toenails with the ruby kit and I'm happy with it: it holds up in the pool and on the beach. I'm also sorry we can't choose our nail polish colors in the ruby kit. I might buy other colors if I finally get the nail polish remover. If not, I think I'll look elsewhere.

My package arrived only after 2 weeks. All the information about my package was also in French which didn't make communication very clear. Through my account I also did not find a way to directly contact or click through to my order. Under contact you can contact customer service, but I would expect that through my profile I could also check on the status of my order and possibly report something through there.

The price is very attractive for the contents of the box. I was pleasantly surprised by the uv machine and accessories. But it's a double-edged sword, as I only tested the darker shades. The product doesn't cover the nail at all. The darker shades are not uniform. I had to apply 3 coats ... which didn't even cover the color I'd originally intended. As for the life of the semi... after 3 days, I already had pieces that were flaking off. I'm used to semi-permanent but I'm disappointed with semi products.
