Quality products, tasty (I'm quite a foodie!!) and that, personally, I digest very well from a digestive point of view for a very interesting support of effort. I mainly consume the Endurance Gel and the Cashew Nut energy bars during my bike rides. I will test the Coconut ones. I use electrolytes more sporadically, especially during my long hikes and pedestrian outings in the mountains. I have noticed a reduction in cramps and muscle soreness since then. Ordering on the site is easy and shipping is fast.
