I ordered the Tonic Dej that I have been consuming regularly for over a year now. I use it for mornings when I have intense sessions and no time or desire to get up 2 hours earlier to digest my breakfast (and sessions that are impossible to do on an empty stomach). It's great, very good, super digestible, and the dose of energy needed to tackle big intervals early in the morning.
