Hello everyone, I was very surprised that an online sales site could give us (access to) products reserved for professionals. Fast and reliable delivery, but I have to admit that the images on the site may vary between the product ordered and the one received. If, like me, you have a screen set to rgb (real colors), the product you receive will have much duller colors than what you see on the site when you order. Product was fine, the packing was great, the post was fast. However your customer service department does not reply to emails. Your website is difficult to search through and it is not possible to delete items placed therein prior to making a purchase decision. Apart from that,Great Result.

As always, the quality is good. However, there are two small drawbacks: 1) The label that sticks the two plates together (with reference and price) is always very annoying to remove. The glue is too strong and it's a real pain to remove from the wood, it always leaves traces of glue. It would be good to review the system and use less sticky labels. 2) Mixed (resin and wood) and stabilized wood tags are often warped. To make up for this and make a flat surface, you have to sand a lot... This is complicated and perilous when the boards in question are thin. I hope that this little comment will be constructive and that you will be able to rectify and improve this. Good day and see you soon.
