Order received quickly and as expected. The only small regret: the 'personalized' balls are not really personalized since you have to choose a design from a ready-made catalog. A step-by-step customization tool would allow for a truly unique design for each.

Hello Carine,
We sincerely thank you for your positive review! We are delighted that your order was received quickly and meets your expectations.
Your suggestion regarding a customization tool is valuable, but please know that it exists on our site. You just need to choose your preferred ball model and then click on the 'Customize' button, and from there you have access to free customization.
We are at your disposal if you need assistance.

Hello, I am not completely satisfied because the print quality seems very "fragile" to me. With the first hits of any clubs, I don't give the logo a long life. In this regard, you did not specify the printing method or alternatively specify several possible print qualities. I remain open to your comments. Best regards. Philippe BEZIAN 06 08 26 30 99
