I did not receive my order.

This is really a very low quality, I am disappointed.

The quality, though written in Prenium quality, is catastrophic: the photos are absolutely not sharp. I had to make a video to prove that the photos were awful.

Order placed on August 23rd sent on August 26th we are on September 07th and I still haven't received anything, after 3/4 email sent to customer service they offered to send me back my order even though I had asked for a refund because I wasn't able to use the labels for my child's school, in short my order was sent again today with 1 extra board offered, we'll see if I receive this order!
Given my experience with this site, I don't recommend it.

Affordable price, nice typeface and good delivery time. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the quality of the mini pen stickers, which were very difficult to detach from their cardboard backing, the precutting was not complete and we had to force the last point of attachment to be removed with each label... The result was a pain, a waste of time and deformed labels. It was too tedious, too bad!

It's hard to find all the product details you need on the site, such as label sizes.

The labels are very cute, but when I tried to peel them off one by one, the paper backing turned over and the labels stuck together. The adhesive is so strong that I couldn't get them off. The result was a waste garbage can. A real shame.

Very disappointed, I never received my order nobody answered my phone or e-mail. Not professional at all! And a big scam!

This year, and for the 1st time, I'm disappointed with the labels I received. The 1st sheets are pretty good, although the logo is missing on the small labels (my son saw it as soon as he opened the envelope). On the other hand, the writing of the first and last name is almost invisible on the clothing labels. What a shame!

I had taken the time to send a comment about changing the logo on my labels. My order arrived with a rotten logo with no explanation. Too bad!

I paid extra to receive the labels quickly, but in the end I received them late.

I think they've had the right idea in allowing photo personalization, but the print quality is just as good for the photo (even if the photo is of good resolution for the size needed) as it is for the writing. We don't get a clean rendering, but rather "grainy". I was disappointed, losing over €30.

Pleasant site

Disappointed with the rendering. On the mini xs labels, the family name is truncated at the "g" level. Only the top loop is visible, so it looks like a "a"

Labels that looked fine when I ordered and on the screen...but when I received them...blurred photo...disappointed.

Not great, I'm attaching my own logo, and the result isn't very nice...

Really very disappointed!!! I made a label with a photo of my husband and me for our daughter's Doudou. My god the photo is full of Pixel we do not even recognize. Trash on the spot. Really sad

I ordered labels and received a different color than what I had requested. An email to the marketing department but no reply ...

Ordered at the end of August and still not collected...very disappointed!

The labels are of very good quality.
I chose to put a design of my choice on them, and that's where I made my mistake: although I had taken great care to make sure that the design I had chosen would fit into the space provided and that the visual preview would be correct, I received labels with a design that was out of place, leaving a white gap between the background color of the label and my design. My son was so disappointed that he doesn't want to use the black labels he'd chosen, where the white hole is too obvious. Then I had a problem with delivery by recorded delivery, which I had originally chosen to make sure the labels would arrive before the start of the new school year. It took 7 days for the post office to deliver, even though I received the tracking number from the label site on the same day I placed my order... In short, I didn't have much luck with this order!

The labels did not arrive on time despite the extra charge for fast shipping.

Nice site but misleading product description.

I strongly advise against it. I received my labels on a white background even though I had ordered them with a pink background. I was told that I couldn't see the pink because it was so light... 🤔 No sense of customer relations. To be avoided

They advertised D+1 delivery, which is why I ordered from this site. I got D+3 delivery.
Labels super hard to detach from the backing and pixelated colors, poor rendering.

We did not receive our order and never got a reply to our emails. Not at all serious.

Order still not arrived and probably never sent. No feedback from customer service. Absolutely deplorable quality of service.

Labels not received after 10 days, CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON THE CUSTOMER, Customer service staff not friendly and not looking for a solution. NOT RECOMMENDED TO AVOID

Like many sites, I totally deplore paying for a fast delivery at D+24h and getting it 4 days later (order placed on a Thursday at noon delivered on Monday). The amount is derisory but on principle I feel like I'm being ripped off! And very, very late tracking.
