I received the labels too late, even though I was guaranteed a 48-hour maximum delivery time with the surcharge for tracked mail :-(. Too bad because the labels look good.

Hello, I'm sorry you've had problems with the post office. 24/48h guarantee concerns the preparation of your order, up to the departure of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee postal delivery times, as we have no control over them. Your order is prepared in our workshop in 24/48 hours, then taken over by the post office and dispatched according to the usual postal delivery times. I have just checked your order, which was prepared and dispatched in less than 24 hours (order placed on 28/08 at 19:14 and dispatched the next day at 17:00).

Very disappointed with the quality of the sticky clothing labels. They all came off after the first wash, even when hand-washed. Considering the price I paid, I'm very disappointed. I won't be recommending them, which is a shame because this site personalizes the labels with your photo. Unfortunately, I'll be going to other competitors recommended by friends and family.

Order received on time labels are pretty! But they don't stick very well =( the garment labels are supposed to wash well at 60°. It's a pity they were washed at 30°!

The delivery was ultra fast, the packaging impeccable with a little note from the company, the labels are pretty, magnificent even...but here goes...they don't fit! I find them in front of the door at home, at school, even before the first wash... Too bad, I took 2 packs, I paid for nothing and I have to start all over again...

Your Object stickers are designed to adhere to all your small objects with a smooth, clean surface. Rough or porous surfaces won't do as well, and they're not designed for textiles.
For textiles, your order includes Clothing Sticks, which adhere to the composition labels (nonwovens) on garments, and are therefore resistant to around 40 washing machine cycles (max 60°). I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Shoe Sticks. The Shoe Sticks, like the Clothes Sticks, are designed to withstand approximately 40 machine wash cycles at a maximum temperature of 60°C. However, they must be affixed to a non-woven backing, such as the composition labels for garments. The same applies to footwear: your Shoe Sticks will go through the machine without a hitch as long as they don't rest on a woven backing. For sneakers, in which the heel is often woven, we recommend applying the stick to the composition label under the tongue of the shoe where appropriate.
