Well received but some labels are too small

I strongly advise against it. I received my labels on a white background even though I had ordered them with a pink background. I was told that I couldn't see the pink because it was so light... 🤔 No sense of customer relations. To be avoided

delivery arrived after my son left for camp (order placed on July 15, received on July 30!!!)

They advertised D+1 delivery, which is why I ordered from this site. I got D+3 delivery.
Labels super hard to detach from the backing and pixelated colors, poor rendering.

The order, payment and delivery went very well, but the product did not live up to my expectations.

It takes a while to find what you're looking for. In particular, the rendering of the writing style is not easy to find.

The labels are nice, the problem being that I equipped all my son's school equipment with ugly labels that I had to buy in a hurry and fill with an indelible felt-tip pen on the Saturday before the start of the school year, as I hadn't received my order (I had paid a surcharge for tracked mail to receive them faster). Result: double charges, pretty labels that are not used and all equipped with horrible labels that don't come off without tearing, so no possibility of changing them. I usually order from another label site and I had changed only because they weren't sure that I'd have my order by the start of the school year (I ordered on Monday 26 August), but according to your site there was no problem, especially with the D+1 recorded delivery option. Your site tells me that my order left on the 27th: I received it on the 4th, i.e. more than a week later and two days after the start of the school year. You tell me it's the Post Office, but the Post Office tells me that sellers shouldn't mark D+1 for a lettre suive because it's a lie and that sometimes sellers can declare the deposit of goods online before actually handing them over to the Post Office, which starts the tracking when in fact nothing has left... Who can be trusted? Basically, what I've learned is that I paid for labels and had to buy new ones...

Also, the colors do not match the order.

We did not receive our order and never got a reply to our emails. Not at all serious.

Satisfied with the iron-on labels but very disappointed with the shoe sticks. The writing on them is too small and therefore illegible.

Order still not arrived and probably never sent. No feedback from customer service. Absolutely deplorable quality of service.

Faced with an organizational problem (payment taken but order not processed), I remain cautious.

Disappointed especially about the size and legibility of the first name, not enough labels for clothes.

I paid to have the labels d+1 and I got them d+4... I ordered on Sunday so the production should have taken place on Monday and I should have received them on Tuesday or even Wednesday and I only received them on Thursday so I paid 2.9€ for nothing! It's a shame to offer a service and not have it respected...

Good site, serious with a very fast delivery... small disappointment when I received my labels: they can't be stuck on fabric, only on clothing labels...

Order placed on December 30, received on January 10. Okay, it was the holidays, but I paid extra for the tracked letter, and in the end I couldn't track the mail, and 11 days for a simple envelope is a bit much. Especially when the website offers 48-hour delivery.

Completely correct delivery times, sound advice (I was contacted by the company to modify my order, which they considered inadequate, and the advice proved to be correct).

Iron-on labels don't stick to clothes. Out of 17 used, 9 didn't stick (even though I followed your instructions), and 3 came off after washing. I'm very disappointed. As for the self-adhesive labels, I wasn't able to assess their resistance to washing.

Expensive for what it is.

A little disappointed by the size of the small labels (too big for the pens) and a pity to have known after my order that I had the right to a reduction following sponsorship! Otherwise fast service!

Nice site. The special shoe labels for kindergarten are very practical

When the labels are ironed, the letters melt....
